How to login
Existing members
Existing members and partners with an active account for the collaboration space can use the same account as Odoo and the collaboration space are connected. In the login screen, you must choose the ‘Microsoft Azure’ option to connect.
When you log on for the first time, you will have to accept Microsoft's authorisation request and wait for our team to approve your account. The approval will be confirmed via email.

If you need an account to access an e-Learning course, or later in 2024 to manage your subscriptions for newsletters, there are two options for you:
- Option 1: You’re an eligible member of our network and you also need to access the collaboration space - please request an account directly to your city contact officer, or send your request to our team at members[at]eurocities.eu. (Once done, refer the 'existing members' login process.)

Option 2: You’re not a member and/or you don’t need the collaboration space. You
can simply click on the ‘Don’t have an account’ link. You will be prompted to
enter your email address, your name, and to set a password. When done, click on
the ‘Sign up’ button. Once your account approved, you will be able to use your email
and password to log in.
